A few essential rules for joining the association:

• Be Swiss or hold a valid permit
• Hold qualifications recognised in Switzerland for at least 2 practices among classic massage, reflexology, lymphatic drainage and shiatsu
• Have a private practice as a self-employed practitioner in Switzerland and hold professional liability insurance
• Be willing to work weekends
• Be available to cover shifts at short notice
• Be able to offer 4 or 5 50-minute treatments per half-day, 8 or 9 per full day
• Be punctual and professional, and be willing to be part of an association, including the volunteer commitment this entails
• Have a good presentation and be sociable
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Accept the association-based identity of Bains des Pâquis and be willing to get involved
